Initiative building

To make sure that the changes are long-term sustainable, the different initiatives are built around 4 main levers. This is based on the idea behind the Influence Model, a widely used change management tool by McKinsey & Co.1, originally developed by Keller & Price.

The employees will experince that the changes they are requested to do are supported and aligned with their broader working day context.

Often when companies are conducting organisational changes, they risk falling back into the old behaviours so the changes won’t last. Using this model when building the initiatives can help make sure that the initiatives are broadly founded inside the organisation, increasing the likelihood of making your employees succeed with the changes.
